FAQs

Do you bake everything yourself?

Yes! All doughnuts, cookies, and cinnamon buns are handmade in small batches to ensure freshness, quality, and deliciousness in every bite.

Do you have vegan options?

Yes, our doughnuts and cinnamon bases are vegan. However, some toppings may contain dairy. Our cookies are not currently vegan however we’re always working on expanding our plant-based range. Please check individual product descriptions for details.

Do you have gluten-free options?

Coming soon! - We don’t currently offer a gluten-free option. However, we are actively exploring the possibility of launching gluten-free products in the near future.

How often do you bake?

Bakes are currently available on an ad-hoc basis as The Wiltshire Bakehouse grows. Keep an eye on our social media and website for upcoming bake days and product drops.

How do I place an order?

When bake days are live, simply visit the “Shop” page on the website and select the items you’d like. All products are made fresh to order.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes we offer delivery. These will be made available to certain postcodes. Please check our website or social media pages for our delivery drop days and locations.

Can I collect my order?

Collection is not currently available but we are looking at offering this service in the distant future. Come back for updates.

How long do the products stay fresh?

Our bakes are best enjoyed on the day of purchase. Cookies can last 2–3 days in an airtight container, and cinnamon buns can be gently warmed to refresh them. Doughnuts are always best eaten fresh.

Do you take custom or bulk orders?

At this time, custom or large orders may be limited due to our ad-hoc schedule, but feel free to contact us — we’ll always try our best to help.

What about allergens?

All allergen information is listed on each product page. Our bakes may contain or come into contact with gluten, soy, nuts, and other allergens. If you have specific requirements, please reach out before ordering.

Are your products suitable for people with nut allergies?

While some items are nut-free, all products are made in the same kitchen, so we cannot guarantee complete avoidance of cross-contamination.
