Hi, I’m Anna — the baker, designer, content creator behind The Wiltshire Bakehouse.

My journey began back in lockdown, when I created The Oxfordshire Donut Company. What started as a small idea quickly became a passion: crafting delicious doughnuts that brought people comfort, joy, and a little moment of sweetness during difficult times.

Since then, life has been wonderfully busy. I relocated to the beautiful county of Wiltshire, began renovating my home, got married, and welcomed a baby — while navigating maternity leave I've been dreaming up my next chapter.

Now, I’m excited to share the newest evolution of that dream: The Wiltshire Bakehouse.

Here, you’ll find a growing selection of handmade doughnuts, cookies, and cinnamon buns — baked with care, creativity, and the same love that inspired my very first batches years ago. As I settle into this new season of life and business, bakes will be available on an ad-hoc basis while I find my feet and build something truly special for my local community.
